Female human resources development has an important strategic significance.The First,the female human resources in priority to the development of the role of sustainable economic development can not be ignored;The second,women give priority to human resource development in the population, the role of sustainable development can not be replaced;The third, women give priority to the development of human resources in achieving sustainable development of human society is crucial.Female human resources development, strategic significance, as United Nations Development Program, Human Development Report 1995 pointed out the "human development must be human capacity building and human potential development at the core,if we can not truthfully the female first as human beings equal in composition and do not take them as irreplaceable human resources of the other ingredients,the true meaning of equality of the sexes, there may be drowned in too many branches are window dressing of the debate."In this paper, the Chinese women's status and human resource development problems such as a summary based on the analysis, combined with China's national conditions, against our women's special psychological characteristics, Using normative analysis combined with empirical analysis and comparative study of law,with emphasis on human resource development practices of Chinese women in the number of theoretical issues,Chinese female human resources development,strategic position, the Chinese female human resources development, the advantages and disadvantages, the Chinese women's barriers to analysis of human resources development, the Chinese female human resources development,selection and specific measures such as means to carry out a systematic exposition and discussion.Put forward in human development should be introduced to a gender perspective, to focus on improving women's overall quality of women's employment and create a favorable social atmosphere to take women's special nature of human resources sub-level development. In the development of means, we should focus on vocational education and equal emphasis on social development model.
