Combined with the internal and external environment and the development of various problems existing in reality of S city's convenience store, this paper through studying the development and the business model of domestic and overseas chain convenience stores, does some development strategy research and puts forward the corresponding ideas and suggestions on T chain convenience store of S city.Regarding T chain convenience store as the research object, on the basis of investigation and analysis, through the combining theory with practice, with the development and management of the chain convenience store in Japan,Taiwan and so on as background, this paper does many research on some comparatively mature development patterns currently in the world. At the meantime of comparing to the domestic development situation of the convenience store at present, it also adopts some analysis such as PEST, SWOT to study the internal and external environments of T chain convenience store, even provides some theoretical feasibility suggestions on T chain convenience store's continuous and healthy development.
