Empirical Study On The New Socialist Countryside In Hanzhong City

Building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China's modernization and a basic approach to balance urban and rural development and promote public access to farmland in order to bring the city's rural development, also as a way to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and expand market demand in rural areas, as well as a strategic measure to solve the "three agricultural "problem and build well-off society in an all-around way. Transformation of Rural economy and society from the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture production village community is an insurmountable important stage and a necessary step from a traditional society to a modern social, on which aspect, practices and experiences of developed countries and regional are worth learning. However, due to different national conditions, and even the national regional development imbalances, cultural backgrounds and differences in production conditions and other factors, trying to complete the transformation of a unified model is unrealistic. Central encourages the new socialist countryside to take actions that suit local circumstances, which is to respect the creative spirit of cadres and masses to play various parts of rural issues in the construction of the new initiative and creativity.Based on the new rural construction of Hanzhong in recent years, trying to summarize up to the theoretical and research from various angles about the process of building new successes and shortcomings, this dissertation will further enrich and improve the theoretical system for building new countryside, as well as reference and model significance on the other similar regions.This dissertation is divided into five chapters. The first and second chapter is mainly about the research background, purpose and meaning, contents, methods and research ideas, as well as domestic and international theory and practice. The third chapter surveyed the brief history of agriculture and rural development in Hanzhong, status and overall situation of building new countryside, summed up the successful experience and analysed the problems, which lay the foundation for the research sample points. The fourth chapter selected two more successful villages in new rural construction as case studies. One is Xixiang County Cherry Vale, which was a poor village into a wealthy village through develop ecological resources. The other is Xixiang County WUFeng Village. By increasing the degree of organization and change into pigs specialized village, the village has taken a road with industrial linkage development, coupling an extension chain, and recycling economy enhancing overall efficiency. Finally, combined the overall experience of the city's new rural construction with case studies, the fifth chapter proposed operational policy and recommendations to build new countryside in Hanzhong city.
