The basic task of constructing the new socialist countryside is to speed up the development of rural economy and to promote the farmers’income. However, there is a big financial capital gab in building the rural area and there are many practical difficulties and outstanding problems in using finance method to support the construction of new socialist rural area. Around this a series of problems in the new rural construction of Jiangxi capital demand, the present situation of Jiangxi rural financial support the rural financial institutions service ability and how to perfect the financial support of the research will be extremely realistic significance.This paper makes the construction of new socialist rural area in Ganzhou city in Jiangxi province as research object, using the method of analysis such as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all, the paper began analyze from the financial support of the construction of new socialist rural area in Ganzhou city, draw out the present situation and characteristics of financial support.Second, using the capital demand of the construction of new socialist rural area in Ganzhou city as the breakthrough point, the paper draw out the characteristics that Ganzhou city needs great fund in the construction of new socialist rural area, people’s financial needs diversification etc. Then by analyzing the existing problems in Ganzhou financial support such as:low supply ability in rural financial institution, the serious outflow of rural capital and the slow development of agricultural insurance, this paper find the reasons are1st the natural characteristics and current restrictions of the agriculture and the rural economy;2nd The existing rural financial system restricts the financial support;3rd The rural financial ecological environment is bad.Consequently, in order to provide scientific reference for the government to make macro policy decision, this paper puts forward suggestions on financial support of the construction of new socialism rural in Ganzhou province, such as perfecting rural financial system, innovation financial services means, strengthen the construction of credit system in rural area, innovation to financial assure means, increase the force of co-ordination and improving the legal support system.
