Study On Countermeasures Of Bee Products Quality And Safety Administration Based On Beekeepers' Production Behavior

In recent years, food safety has been common concerned by the world's governments and the community. To our place, "melamine" and other incidents, quality and safety of agricultural products is subject to universal attention from all social circles. As China's export advantage of bee products, their quality and safety not only affects the bee industry development, affecting the health and safety of consumers, but also affects the improvement of international competitiveness of products. Beekeepers as a source of honey production supply chain, quality and safety of their behavior directly affects the development of bee industry.This paper aims to study the bee products quality and safety management practices and measures, through in-depth understanding of our bee products quality safety condition and problems, The use of empirical and normative, qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, the generation of beekeepers affect their safety behaviors and behavior factors. The empirical results identify the existence of quality and safety of bee cause of the problem, draw the appropriate conclusions, and to make appropriate management strategies.
