In the past more than and 10 years,the incident of dairy products quality safety happened frequently in China,especially the 2008 “melamine” incident broke out,it seriously affected the residents of C hina's confidence in the quality safety of domestic dairy products,even if the dairy products quality safety supervision level has been improved,consumers are still doubt on the quality safety of the domestic dairy products.To rebuild consumer confidence in the quality safety of domestic dairy products,it is necessary to enable consumers to understand and grasp the true level of quality safety of dairy products in China.Based on a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the quality safety of dairy products in C hina,this paper builds the dairy products quality safety theoretical monitoring index system including quantitative and qualitative variables,and uses multiple factor analysis of mixed data to evaluate dairy products quality safety comprehensive level in China,then uses traditional factor analysis to evaluate dairy products quality safety level the provinces in China before and after of the 2008 “melamine” incident and analyses the difference.According to the theoretical monitoring index system,this paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the quality safety level of dairy products,the empirical results show that the C hina's comprehensive level dairy products quality safety in China presents the rising trend in 2002-2014,China's dairy products quality safety continues to improve,and dairy products quality safety level in 2008-2009 increased the fastest,2004-2005 times;Compared to 2007,the provinces that the rank of dairy products quality safety level in 2011 changes obviously are Guangdong,Hebei,Anhui and Shanxi;Compared to 2011,the province that the rank of dairy products quality safety level in 2011 changes obviously is only Hunan;the provinces that the rank of dairy products quality safety level in 2007,2011 and 2014 keep the top ten are Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,Q inghai and Liaoning,mainly distributing Northeast C hina and North China;the provinces that the rank of dairy products quality safety level in 2007,2011 and 2014 keep last eleven are Gansu,Yunnan,Hainan,Guangxi,Guizhou,Jiangxi,Henan and Hubei,mainly distributing Southwest China and Central China.
