Financial crisis sweeps the globe in 2008, and brings a serious impact on national economies. Many enterprises do not know how to deal with difficulties, and can not find the human resources planning for corporate decision-making methods to make decisions, so they took a pay cut or lay off measures to ease the pressure, Is this decision scientific? If planning decision of human resources is not scientific and rational, It will inevitably bring about a deeper crisis in the enterprise, particularly in the knowledge enterprises. As the rapidly changing external environment, and the various factors affecting the knowledge enterprise human resources planning decisions, there is uncertainty in the number of targets, This paper presents multiple targets human resources planning problem about cost, time, risk in knowledge companies, and multi-objective fuzzy decision-making, thus it will establish human resource multi-objective planning fuzzy decision-making in knowledge enterprises. This paper firstly defines knowledge enterprises and knowledge employees, elaborates knowledge enterprise HRP theories, and uses goal programming method for knowledge enterprise human resources to plan, AHP to determine the target weight, data standardization theory to deal with the data. At the same time, makes assumptions of human resources planning objectives, with the triangular fuzzy number ranking criteria on data processing, the objective function and constraints in fuzzy data, using AHP to measure the proportion of multiple objectives. establish a knowledge Human Resource multi-objective fuzzy decision model and apply the model to specific examples in the demand, excess supply state of knowledge decision making of Human Resource Planning, and transform multi-objective fuzzy linear programming problem into a classic linear programming problems in order to solve the shortage of human resources planning of the single objective, another solution. It ultimately concludes that multi-objective human resources planning is more scientific and rational, and addresses the imbalance of human resources between knowledge corporate, to make more optimal human resources planning decision for knowledge enterprise.
