Research Report Of The Enterprise Culture Status For Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise Based On CMAS Analysis Method

As the economic globalization and ever-going development of market economy, the competition among the enterprises is increasingly fierce, and more and more enterprises (domestic and foreign) are beginning to focus on the development of the corporate culture. Enterprise culture is playing a significant role and becoming the powerful force in promoting the enterprise’s development. In our study, we firstly summarize some main theoretical research results on enterprise culture evaluation at home and abroad, expound the definition, structure, function and connotation of the enterprise culture, and explain the details about the CMAS and SWOT method utilized in this work, including their concept, main content and usage. Then, we take the Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise as our research object, and design some questionnaires based on the positive research method. An enterprise culture assessment framework system and a simple quantified evaluation model for enterprise culture building for Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise are established by based on CMAS analysis theory and quantified evaluation index. Finally, we survey and make a comprehensive evaluation on the current enterprise culture status of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise, and some important conclusions are drawn. According to our early research results, we point out the direction and method of enterprise culture building for Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise, from the aspect of core values, culture competitiveness, evaluation and incentive system, and so on. We improve the enterprise culture building system for Lanzhou Petrochemical Enterprise further as well.
