In this paper, the right to equality as the theoretical starting point, through the historical changes and rights of women in the analysis and research, especially on modern society, the rights of women in other countries the situation, in combination with the status of female employment in China, find the cause of China's women's employment discrimination reason, learn from advanced foreign legislative system, and strive to find effective ways to solve the problem.In addition to this introduction, conclusion, the body is divided into three partsThe first section first the origin and development of equal rights to be elaborated, and then in the right to equality in the Constitution's meaning should be clear to the right to equality point of view of historical changes in the rights of women and analysis, especially in the women's equal employment, international treaties and the European Union and the Japanese legal system we should learn and emulate it..The second section of the paper on China's contemporary women in the course of employment discrimination faced by the various conditions to be analyzed that the main reason contributing to women's employment, inequality is due to traditional social effects of gender consciousness and institutional and economic factors.The third section describes some of the major countermeasures to enhance women's employment and suggestions, we must first change the traditional gender awareness, build mechanisms for gender mainstreaming, followed by constantly improve China-related legislation, including the accuracy of the legal concept of legal liability, as well as explicit relief system's diversity. Finally, to improve the social maternity insurance system, called on the government to increase investment in efforts to really enjoy the women's right to equal employment.
