The Research Of The New-type Rural Social Pension Insurance

China is a developing country of"the aging before getting rich". According to the international standard of aging,we have come in aging society in 2000. in the same time with the speeding of industrialisation and urbanization,the young labour force in rural areas move to the city,the aging problem in the rural is more serious.The rural aging problem give a huge strike to the rural old-age security system.The effect of household and land old-age support is weakening and the traditional rural social pension insurance bankrupt because of system disfigurement.So we must try our best to establish the the new-type rural social pension insurance with the support of public finance.In this article we investigate the problem as following steps.At first we use demand-supply theory to research the gap of rural old-age security system,we get a conclusion that we must establish the the new-type rural social pension insurance with the support of public finance.Then we research the new-type rural social pension insurance from four aspects: the pattern of the new-type rural social pension insurance,the typical rural social pension insurance overseas, the main attendee of the new-type rural social pension insurance, ability to finance of the new-type rural social pension insurance.In the end we give some suggestion to the establishment of the new-type rural social pension insurance in the basic of above study.
