The Investigation On The New Type Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance In Wafang Dian Of Dalian

New Rural Social Pension Insurance is short for NRSPI. In Guide Line for New Rural Social Pension Insurance Pilot Program by People's Republic of China on 4th September,2009, it mentions New Rural Social Pension Insurance (hereafter called NRSPI) pilot program commences from September 2009. The pilot program performs in 10% selected counties (cities, districts or banners) in China, and then spread nationalwide. By 2020, NRSPI will cover most rural area in China.Based on the study on NRSPI both home and abroad, this article shows the investigation of NRSPI status in Dalian by questionnaire.350 questionnaires are distributed to different group, and 342 of them are returned,327 of which are valid ones. The sample status are collected by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Management statistics approaches on variable relationships like frequency of usage, factor analysis, standard deviation etc are applied to the analysis of the existing issues and reasons in the questionnaire.Due to limitation of NRSPI, it reveals its issues like insured group with narrow range, limited coverage, not the priority for people aging people support solution, improvement for its surrender, low satisfactory among the uninsured group, its low standard etc. Considering the existing issues, advanced experience in other regions and Dalian own condition, work out better solutions and suggestions for Dalian NRSPI on its purchase service, handle service etc to perfect the motivation system and promote the positivity of the people in rural area based on the principle of "voluntary insured, uncondition surrender".
