The Research About Coal Industry Of Xinjiang Under The Environmental Regulations

For finding the solution of environmental pollution problem , and reducing the environmental pollution and destroy by humanbeing's economic and social activity , all the world are dedicate to research how to make a balance between the economic development and the environmental protection. In our country , the environmental regulation policy system is established step by step . Coal is one of basic energy in our country. Following the national strategy of the coal's exploitation moving from eastern to western , the coal industry of Xinjiang will become the focus . On this background , the coal industry of Xinjiang will face on not only the development opportunity unprecedented, but also the restrict of the environmental regulation policy system. So ,it is a important problem for the coal industry of Xinjiang how to living and development in this sitiuation .In this article , it analyzed the characteristic of the coal industry of Xinjiang by using the Theory of Industry Organization at first , and described the history of the environmental regulation of our country , and analyzed the environmental regulation infection toward the coal industry of Xinjiang by using the gray synthsis analysis method at the last . As a conclution , the environmental regulation policy did infect the coal industry of Xinjiang.
