This paper introduced the present condition of competitive strategy management theory as the theory foundation of enterprise competitive strategic analysis, establishment and implementation first.Secondly,This paper analyzed and evaluated the Chinese wind power equipment manufacturing industry with the method of PEST, Five Strength Model.and GE matrix for providing the basis of profession analysis while carrying on competitive strategic decision for Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd. This paper also analyzed the main rivals of Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd and the special advantage and disadvantage of rivals compared with company strategic position with competition situation matrix for understanding the position and development of rivals and recognizing the position of company in industry.Finally, This paper analyzed the internal resourees and the core ability of Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.together with outernal environmen,This paper used the SWOT model to determine its competitive strategic and made some suggestions on the implementation of the strategy.
