| This paper combines the characteristics of power enterprises and utilities enterprises benefit evaluation method. Its'overall objective is the investment efficiency. This paper establishes the grid investment benefit evaluation index system that the ratio of investment to profit for the objective target, the total investment, the main network construction investment, construction investment and maintenance of distribution network investment in technical improvements for the child target, 23 indicators for the index layer. This paper combines the characteristics of power enterprises, rationally select appropriate evaluation methods, set up the grid investment benefit evaluation index system. And through investment returns calculation of 6 City power company of a network in recent years, this paper verifies science and suitability of the target system and model. |
