| Project competitiveness analysis is to study the victorious possibility and capability of the proposed projects in the domestic and international market competition, it is a section of market forecasting in the feasibility research for investment projects. It is actually confirmed that the competitive orientation of the proposed project or rebuild and continuation project in domestic and international market. Competitive analysis is to constantly promote and optimize the technical and economic blueprint for the project and is to provide decision-making reference to further improve the quality of decision-making for investors. This paper discussed construction projects from three aspects of regional advantages, process technology advantages, and economic benefits in detail, and analysed deeply every factor which affected and determined the projet competitiveness, as well as how to strengthen these factors to enhance competitiveness and formulate intending competitive strategy so as to play competitive advantage. |
