The Risk Management Research Of Matou Power Residential Area Reconstruction Project

This paper analysis the methods and characteristics of the project risk management of the residential renovation. Related Matou power plant in conjunction with residential reconstruction projects instance, from the technical and economic risk, management risk, personnel risk, materials and equipment risk, environmental risk analysis and evaluation of five areas, namely residential reconstruction projects, the overall risk. The use of expert survey methodology of the Matou power examples of residential reconstruction project to conduct an overall risk identification and, based on the findings to build index system and a hierarchical model, reuse of AHP for risk assessment, the project obtained lower level of risk.And, based on the results of various types of risk assessment and put forward the corresponding risk-response measures.
