Along with China’s urban development and industrial upgrading,the state has introduced some measures to encourage and motivate the transformation and development of old industrial areas,and therefore,the old industrial district renovation projects continue to grow and become another important part of urban construction.In the process of implementation,the complexity of the old industrial zone has a large number of risk factors,which could effectively avoid the risk of the project if the relevant risk management were carried out correctly,so as to ensure that the smooth implementation of the project to get the expected social,economic and environmental benefits.In this paper,the research on the risk management of the block-transform in the Xishitongcang of Shougang is an example,the risk management system and method for the old industrial zone reconstruction is summarized.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition,formation,characteristics and classification of the risk in the project,discussing the risk management of the project.Then,the risk identification,evaluation,and the method of risk management of the project are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of the project,the paper puts forward the method of risk management for engineering projects,especially the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is used for quantitative analysis.And next,with the theoretical analysis of the previous paper,taking the project of the block-transform in the Xishitongcang of Shougang as an example,the risk management process of the project is analyzed and summarized by using relevant methods,and the key risk factors of the project are analyzed,and proposed the relevant countermeasures.In this paper,combined with the project of the block-transform in the Xishitongcang of Shougang,we analyzed the risk of project by using WBS work task decomposition method and questionnaire method to identify the risk of the project,using analytic hierarchy process to analyze the possibility of the critical risk factors and the order of the severity of the consequences.Finally,put forward a relatively comprehensive risk management methods and systems of the transformation of the old industrial areas,which can be used for reference for those risk managers.
