Paper is based on rough set and information entropy theory to define the indicators for the project construction the weight of the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, while outer ring road overpass construction of Tianjin object of study, through analysis of Tianjin Overpass project technical and economic factors, will be based on rough set and information entropy of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in construction of the project examples, and through the results of analysis shows that the rationality of this method and effectiveness.
