The Study On Construction Project Bidding Risk Assessment

In this paper, project bidding risk as the research object, the establishment of a support vector machine model based on the project bidding risk evaluation system, which is assessment to use the evaluation system on the choice of an engineering project bidding risk.This paper describes the basic theory of risk, designs the evaluation index system based on the basic content of the project bidding risk assessment, and AHP method is used to determine the weight of all the indicators, the degree of importance of each indicator was defined.Secondly, in determining the weight based on the use of a project to study the tender data, using support vector machine model to evaluate the risk of the project the level of bidding.In the process of the analysis, the detail ways is introduced.
