Research On The Focus Of Chinese Market-oriented Economic Reforms

It is the real boss. The wrong way has made a lot of problems, such as systemic corruption, difficult state-owned enterprises'reforms, the gap between rich and poor and so on.Therefore,the primary goal of China's economic reform must be the government reform.Then,establishing Joint-stock company of Chinese style is the ultimate goal at the micro level.According to that, this paper first introduces the character and the target of China's economic reform. That is how to build a enterprise system combining public ownership and market economy. Second,it finds out a pattern in the economic reform——we always see state-owned enterprises as the focus and a breakthrough of the market-oriented reform of China's economic, however take no account of government reform. We should put the government reform as the first important reform. And establish a service-oriented government. Then clear the property right of the state-owned enterprises, and construct Chinese Style stock companies.
