Research On Relationship Between Social Capital And Technology Innovation Achievements Transformation

With the innovative consciousness enhanced and the mode of technology innovation changed, technology innovation achievements increased continually, and the quantity of intellectual property rights application and conference rose markedly year by year. But, utilization rate of the achievements is still low. There are two phenomena occurred. One is huge disparity between enterprises'research input and its economic benefit, the other is many achievements are laid aside. These phenomena show that mechanism of innovative technological achievements transformation is imperfect, especially in the process of construction of formal mechanism, the effect of informal mechanism is very important.As one kind of competence in connecting with main body of behavior and society and obtaining scarce resources through this kind of affiliation, social capital can establish a net of information, knowledge and capital and so on in enterprises, and keep better relationship among customers, rivals, governments, colleges, scientific establishment and companies, and promote the innovative technological achievements transformation. Moreover, the aim of enterprises'innovative technology is to achieve commercialization, and pursuit economies of scale and economic benefit. But, many researches focus on the relationship between social capital and the resource and competence of innovative technological achievements, namely focus on the process of technology innovation. And the research about the transformation achievement of technology innovation is less. This project expounds the transformation achievement of technology innovation in order to deepen the research of technology and social capital further. And its research meaning of this project is to provide direction to enterprises which can use social capital to obtain technological advantage and market advantage under the common mechanism environment and make clear the relationship between enterprises'social capital three dimension and technology innovation achievements transformation, through theory analysis and empirical research.The innovation of this article after empirical study put forward as below: firstly, configuration dimensionality of social capital has notable influence on technology innovation achievement transformation, and they show positive correlation. Secondly, cognition dimensionality of social capital has notable influence on technology innovation achievement transformation, but they show negative correlation. The last one, relation dimensionality of social capital has notable influence on technology innovation achievement transformation, and there is positive correlation between relation dimensionality of social capital and innovative products and transfer of patent, but negative correlation between relation dimensionality of social capital and license of technology.
