Only the importance of the development of private enterprises, local and national economy in order to develop better; unswervingly consolidate and develop the non-public ownership economy, and unswervingly encourage, support and guide non-public economic development has become the consensus of the whole party and people.Continuous growth in private small and medium enterprises in the process of gradually becoming visible in the loss of key employees, and no doubt restricted the sound and rapid development of SMEs outstanding problems.
