Study On The Countermeasures For Industrialization Management Of Tea In Pingshan Township Of Datian County

Ping Shan Town, a high mountain areas, is about 1, 100 meters above sea level which is the highest town in middle and south part of Fujian Provence. Meanwhile, Ping Shan Town is one of the best townships to produce high-quality tea because it has beautiful environment unique climate resources. What's more, Ping Shan Town has a long history of growing tea and tea is one of the main properties. However, with the market development, the demanding of the tea quality is increasingly, Ping Shan's tea production and cultivation can not match the ever-changing market demands. Therefore, Ping Shan tea industry must have new development ideas.This paper first analyzes the background of Ping Shan tea industry; meanwhile, the study summarizes the academic research institute on the tea industry. Then the research analyzes the tea industry condition and current situation by field survey method, on-site interviews and questionnaire survey method. In addition, according to Ping Shan tea industry-oriented "company+base+farmer" mode and the "company+ cooperative+base+farmer" pattern of their respective comparative advantages, the paper analysis the interests of these two models link mechanism. Finally, this research put forward some measures to develop the tea industry in Ping Shan Town according to the above research.
