Research On The Development Of Flower Industry In Zhangping, Fujian Province

Flower industry is the green industry integrated material life and spiritual life. It is named"Gold Industry"in the worldwide. Entering the new century, flower industry has changed the features of the past and present new characters, include diversifyca- -tion, singularity; specialization, mass production; grow-up in the developing country and so on, with the development of science and technology. Zhangping has a long history of planting flowers, in the early Southern Song Dynasty, the flowers had well reputation in Jiangnan and sold in Southeast of Asia at Qing Dynasty. The flower area was about 890 hm2 and total value was 1.8×108 yuan, the flower industry plays key function in the development of economy in Zhangping.On the basis of expatiating the purpose of this subject, we use literature,analyse evolvement,comparison,correlation and sample to find out the development of flower industry at home and abroad, the paper focuses on analyzing and studying the flower industry in Zhangping City, in order to draw out reasonable suggestions and instructive idea for Zhangping flower industry, at the same time supply reference for government policy, macro-lead, governor, aim at speeding devel- -opment of flower industry in Zhangping.In recent years, flower industry in Zhangping has made remarkable progress. It formed large scale Flower industry, built a number of flower demonstration base and enterprise, continued to strengthen exchanges with the outside world ,but still have big gap compare with developed country. The main problems are: weak innovation, low technology; small operating scale, lag-behind of organizational structure, management system and service system.Zhangping should develop diversified economy; implement risk-sharing and benefit-sharing; carry out brand; speed up institutional innovation; increase and change the way of investment, in order to promote the development of flower industry in Zhangping.
