| In the modern economic society which is full of information, technology and globalization, the management of modern enterprise has changed in to Strategic management. Enterprise business performance evaluation, as an effective supervision and management system, not only is an important means for the enterprises' self supervision and self-discipline, and also is a new management tools for business strategy management in new competitive environment.Based on the SWOT analysis, mineral resource status, and comparing the strategic cost of different strategic positioning, we puts forward mineral resources' primary strategic orientation for future development, it should be based on circular economy and cleaner production, which is a intensive development, and we act the strategic positioning as the basis of the performance evaluation system of mineral resources enterprise strategy.Through the analysis of the key to obtain the optimal strategy for the mineral resources enterprise, draw elements of performance evaluation of enterprise strategy from six aspects: financial performance, performance management, technical innovation, sustainable development and environmental protection, safety in production. We get the key performance indicators from decomposing the key success factors, it is including two systems, the traditional performance evaluation index system and mineral resources enterprises' new performance evaluation index system.Due to the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a relatively perfect, suitable for multi-objective and multi-criteria evaluation method, so we choice AHP to determine the weight of each index of mineral resources enterprise strategic performance evaluation index system.We will apply the index system of coal enterprise to YT, through calculating its strategic performance comprehensive score, we obtain the conclusion that YT enterprise behave well at strategic management, and puts forward the direction of continuous improvement. |
