The Study On Development Of Industrial Parks For Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone In Shanghai Based On Industrial Policy's Spatial Performance

Lingang New City is one of the three key constructing new city during the Eleventh Five-Year period in Shanghai. Economy is the dynamic of sustainable development for New City,and industry is a core element of economic development. The introduction of industry and development strategy is the key step of New City construction and development. To this end, New City draw up some industrial policy prior to the construction. Since the construction of New City, the Heavy Equipment Industrial Park which started in the early period has become the area with the fastest construction speed and the most remarkable effect. And it is the most obvious area in which industrial policy is implemented with prominent return as well. The implementation of industrial policy in space will cause the change of industry layout and different scales it relying on, that is industrial policy spatial performance. With the implementation of industrial policy, heavy equipment industrial zone has dramatically changed in the space of economy, society, environment, and structure currently. Industrial policy's Spatial performance is reasonable, whether have some influence on the heavy equipment industrial zones. Therefore, the thesis analyzes the spatial performance of industrial policy for Lingang heavy equipment industrial zone and puts forward some related suggestions for the better development of the area from the point of industrial policy's spatial performance.Based on this, thesis consists of five parts:Chpater 1:Inrtoudce the background of the topics, purpose and significance, ideas and methods, the content and innovation points.Chpater 2:Introduce the relevant theory of industrial policy and spatial performance, reveiw the research progress, clarify the interaction between performance and space relationship based on interpretation industrial policy,performance and spatial performance.Chpater 3:Explains the connotation of urban industrial policy's spatial performance, comment on the relative research progress based on the research results,and establish analytical framework for industrial's policy performance.Chpater 4:Analyze the industial policy spatial performan then presents the proposal for Lingang Heavy Equipment industrial Zone Reconstruction.Chpater 5:Draw a conclusion,and look forword to the tendency in future.
