The Innovative Study Of A Seed Company's Operation Mode Based On Supply Chain Management

In order to survive, develop and maintain the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition, enterprises should not only depend on the optimization and utilization of internal resources, but also rely on the supply chain management and the use of other enterprises' resources to achieve the rapid response to market demands. Today the role of supply chain management becomes increasingly prominent, the competition among enterprises has evolved into the competition between supply chains and more and more enterprises begin to apply supply chain management theory to realize business collaboration of the interior and exterior enterprise business and management integration, and thus to enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness.The supply chain management theory in china develops more and more widely now. Those innovative enterprises have applied the pull supply chain theory in the business and achieved great success in the competition. As a medium-size agricultural enterprise, A company mainly engages in vegetable seedling business. Many problems have arisen during the business process such as high cost, low-profit, customers' instability, and lack of market competitiveness. The fundamental reason is that business models no longer meet the current state of the development of the enterprise. By relying on internal improvements is not a fundamental solution to these problems. This thesis applied the pull supply chain theory to the management of the enterprise based on the problems of A company by integrating theory with practice. This study is researched from construction and implementation of the supply chain and with the help of the newly developed theory of the supply chain management theory to seek new direction for the innovation of the agricultural enterprises by standing on the position of enterprises and meeting customers'demands. The related functional and process analysis enables the enterprises to achieve greater market competitiveness effect.The major work of this paper includes:first, through the status analysis of A company the root of the problems can be found; second, combined with supply chain management and the related theory of pull supply chain mode of operation, the operation mode of A company is reconstructed; third, by describing the A's pull supply chain mode of operation in all aspects, detailed planning of the enterprise inside and outside the operation of the process is made and also estimate the prospective effect of the new model; last, implementation measures of the operation mode is conducted.This paper not only has important strategic significance to A company but also deserves referring and popularizing among the similar agricultural enterprises. The changes of A company's business model draw on the pull supply chain management theory, increase profits and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. At present, there are still many medium or small-size agricultural enterprises with poor management in China. Hopefully, this paper can provide some reference for them.
