In the enterprise, the culture of the enterprise system is a combination of part of the persons and things, people, and business operations system, it is both a reflection of human consciousness and ideology, in turn, in the form of a certain matter. At the same time, the cultural intermediary enterprise system, it is the spirit and substance of the intermediary. Institutional culture is fixed to adapt to the material and cultural form, is shaping the spiritual and cultural mechanisms and carrier. It is because of the system this cultural intermediary fixed transfer function has an important role in the construction of its corporate culture. Culture of enterprise system is an indispensable part of the corporate culture, and the culture of the pros and cons of the enterprise system through the culture of the enterprise as a whole to react, so we investigate and learning culture in the process of enterprise system must also understand the corporate culture.In order to adapt to the needs of the new situation, to keep up with the big wave of globalization, economic development, cultural theory of China’s enterprise system matures, the township enterprises also need to create and perfect their own culture of enterprise system. Small to medium-sized township enterprises, small and medium-sized township enterprises in the face of the current rapid economic development, the problems of the cultural construction of the enterprise system is discussed theoretically, and then solve the problem by optimization of the culture of the enterprise system.The content of this paper consists of six main parts:The first part of the Introduction.
