| This paper study on the index system and bidding method of 1000MW ultra-supercritical units through the analysis of the theory and method of domestic and abroad ultra-supercritical units combined the status of our own with combination of theory and practice. The paper discussed the following contents:analyzed the concept of bidding for ultra-supercritical units and status; Established the Pre-qualification evaluation index system and index system of ultra-supercritical units based on the foundation and principles; Established four bidding methods including the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model basing on Rough Set theory, evaluation model of Fuzzy Set Pair analysis,evaluation model basing on Cooperative Game and improved integrated Cloud,Matter-element model of extension evaluation, and these methods are compared and analyzed; With the index system built in this paper, this paper conduct an empirical analysis of bidding for Suizhong Power Plant 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical unit. |
