| The investment estimation method of electric power projects was studied in this paper, and the investment estimation method of 2×1000MW Ultra Supercritical Unit was researched as demonstration analysis.Firstly, three categories of project cost estimation methods, separately based on statistics, based on modern mathematics and quota management was studied, aiming at describing application and estimation accuracy. The characteristics of the power project investment estimates were analyzed, and the applicability of estimation methods was obtained for the power project investment decision-making stages, considering the content and accuracy requirements of electric power project.This paper presented investment estimation methods for preliminary feasibility study stage of power engineering, and investment estimation methods for feasibility study stage of power engineering. The latter study includes specifications of, the impact factors of estimation accuracy and the key points of estimates, which is practical. The investment estimation method of 2×1000MMW Ultra Supercritical Unit was researched as demonstration analysis and the economic evaluation was studied. |
