| China's energy saving policies makes 1000MW Ultra-supercritical units with low coal consumption, good environmental protection performance and high technical content become the hot spot of power project construction. Research of Ultra-supercritical unit investment control for the construction of the project is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper describes our country construction project management system of evolution, given the concept of investment control. Analysis of Suizhong Power Plant 2 x 1000MW Ultra-supercritical unit investment management and control system, and discusses the Suizhong Project for the conduct of investment control developed management system. Power construction projects set up multi-objective investment decision-making index system, using improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, right Suizhong power plant investment decision-making was studied.
