In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, Electrical power construction has been lagging behind the pace of economic, electrical power supply is absence still. according to the current domestic power distribution, thermal power generating units will remain in quite a long time to account for a large proportion in power building.New era of electricity to meet the energy needs of environmental protection and development, the current single development of the capacity of 1 million kilowatt generating units have become the trend.But 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit construction project management, in the current is a new topic, not very mature model and program management package. major power pro -ject construction in China's economic construction in a important position, such projects because of the large investment and a long life cycle, the effects of multiple factors such as characteristics, therefore the management of its projects require a higher level.it is a common problem TaiZhou Power Plant confronts in the process of rebuilding and extending enginering project. Under the guidance of instructor, the article use theoretical knowledge of project management, combining the actual construction, around researching project management works on the causes and background and use what kinds of management theory and methods, and how specific implementation in areas such as project management explained, aggregate construction management experience, for future large-scale construction projects management model.
