The Study On Low-carbon Technology Transfer Based On CDM

In order to reduce the negative effects of climate warming, with the efforts of many countries, the "Kyoto Protocol" came into being,Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the three flexible mechanisms of it. However, the reality is the impact of CDM on the promotion of introduction of technology is not significant. Domestic and foreign scholars have much research on the CDM and technology trasfer, however, there are few reaserch on technology transfer based on CDM,but there are a lot of qualitative analyzed and little data analyzed, case analyzed and so on. In this paper, the research methods of data analyzed, game analyzed and case study are all used.First of all, this article analyzed the status of CDM and low-carbon technology transfer based on CDM in China, then found there are some problems on low-carbon technology transfer based on CDM.Secondly, this article analyzed the formation mechanism and operating mechanism, which were deconstructed to some elements, moreover, the article analyzed the status and major problems of these three mechanism in China. Then the article analyzed the mechanism of low-carbon technology transfer based on CDM through a case study, namely Nam Cheong Michael Park landfill CDM projects, applying previous analytical framework for analyzing how the three mechanism affect low-carbon technology transfer process.Finally, the article put forward a number of relatively specific and feasible countermeasures.
