The essence of low-carbon economy is that improve energy efficiency and optimizethe energy structure, and low-carbon technology innovation is the fundamental way tosolve the problem of environment, energy. It is the key to promoting low carboneconomic development. Now all countries are in the positive development of low carbontechnology innovation, but our country is still in the high carbon development pattern,the ability of low-carbon technology innovation is low, especially enterprise low-carbontechnology innovation ability is weak. It is necessary to study of low-carbon technologyinnovation network.This article analyzes the literatures of domestic and foreign scholars of low-carbontechnology innovation and enterprise innovation network, and bases on the innovationnetwork theory, the dissipative structure theory, entropy theory, it has laid a theoreticalbasis of the research of the enterprise low-carbon technology innovation network.Firstly, analyze the influence factors of enterprise low-carbon technology innovationfrom two aspects, internal factors mainly includes input and not inputs elements, usingPEST theory to analyze the external factors including policy and law environment,economic environment, social and cultural environment, technology environment, it isconcluded that low-carbon technology innovation networks affected by many factorstogether. And it is need to build an innovation network. Secondly, analyze low carbontechnology innovation network self-organization characteristics, it is a self-organizingprocess, the dissipative structure theory and entropy theory is adopted to analyze theenterprise the formation mechanism of low carbon technology innovation network, andstructure the low carbon technology innovation network model based on the theory ofinnovation network. Then, the analysis of the operation mechanism of low carbontechnology innovation network, mainly analyzes the trust mechanism, learningmechanism, incentive mechanism, coordination mechanism, interest distributionmechanism, to ensure effective operation of the innovation network. Finally, take yinglisolar for example, analyze low carbon technology innovation network, study itsformation mechanism and operational mechanism, and put forward the correspondingimprovement measures. In this paper, through study of low carbon technology innovationnetwork, it provides a good theoretical and practical significance for enterprises toimprove the ability of low carbon technology.
