So the thesis studies the low-carboning transformation progress of enterprise traditional logistics with the stands of reality,start points of enterprise traditional logistics,goals of enterprise low-carbon logistics and tools of games analysis.The contents are as following:The thesis analyses the barrier mechanism on the application of low-carbon logistics technology. The thesis describes the barrier mechanism on enterprises application of low-carbon logistics technology in chapter three. And it points out:the present policy cannot promote the application of low-carbon logistics technology effectively, logistics technology cannot support the development of low-carboning logistics, outer environment cannot improve the enterprises use the low-carbon logistics technology successfully, many factors composes complex barrier network. In order to introduce the barrier mechanism of the enterprises use low-carbon logistics technology directly, the thesis interprets the relationship among the factors by using chart. At last, it points out that the best way of eliminating the barrier is government motivation.The thesis analyses causes about preventing the enterprises use low-carbon logistics technology by the method of simple game analysis. The thesis studies the economic effect of low-carboning logistics act and choice of strategy by the method of simple game analysis dynamically and it is based on enterprise separate pricing strategy. It shows the barriers of enterprises use low-carbon logistics technology clearly.The thesis sets up the government motivation model for improving the enterprises use low-carbon logistics technology. The thesis sets different types of the government motivation model. Such as environmentally taxation model, grand-in-aid model and so on. The thesis considers that it is necessary to set up tripartite game analysis model. The conclusions of the research may include:tax rate should be reasonable; grand-in-aid policy should be executed in large enterprise firstly; communication between government and enterprise should be strengthen.
