Research On Functional Area Planning Of Fushun Kangjing Logistics Park

With the development of global economy and logistics indusny being one of the national top ten revitalized industries, moden logistics is regarded as a pillar industry of national economy and a new breakthrough point for economy growth in our countyr. Logistics has not only been in a transition from tradition to modernity rapidly,but also be referred to an unprecedented level,and its importance and strategic position in economic development become more and more prominent. The planning and construction of Logistics Park is considered a breakthrough for the development of modern logistics,and an important factor accelerating the development of losgistics as well as the regional economy. As an important part of modern logistics system planning in China, the planning and operation of the logistics park has been referred to a strategic height in the development of logistics industry.This article relies on the Kang Jing logistics park projects in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, studying systematically the function of logistics parks Planning according to the scientific steps. This article consists of six chapters.Chapter 1, introduction:The writing background,purpose,significance and the research status at home and abroad are explained as well as the contents and thinking of the research.Chapter 2, The analysis of positioning of Logistics Park Development: SWOT Analysis is used to analyze current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the park in this chapter, current and future development strategy and objectives of logistics park are chosen and worked out,and then gradually refine to the level of market positioning and service object.Chapter 3, Calculation of Logistics Park demand:Aimming at target market, requirement investigation is conducted,and the related data is collected, furthermore, prediction and analysis of Logistics Demand are made by a variety of forecasting methods. This part is the foundation of the subsequent planning and design of logistics park.Chapter 4, The determination of construction scale and layout of logistics park: First, on the basis of development orientation of the park,the services that logistics park need to supply is determined,recent function and medium-long term function included.Then based on past experience and functional area layout methods,the related functional aeras are set up,the aera of which is calculated according to the known logistics demand.Chapter 5, Internal design of functional area of logistics park:In this chapter SLP methed is used to make internal design of specific warehouse and yard area,in order to ensure the smooth of internal logistics.Chapter 6,This is the last chapter, summary is made about the work of the paper , with the shortage of the research sumed up and pointed out.Then we get the contents and direction for the next work.
