However, we can work through domestic and foreign enterprises in the successful experience of contract management by in-depth research and analysis, and find some regularity, so that we can target to use it in the actual work, which can be a reference for us to design and implement our labor contract management system.Based on the in-depth analysis to the labor contract management problems in DFH Coal Mine Co. Ltd., combined with the theory of labor law, and drawing on successful experiences and models of domestic and foreign enterprises, we propose a system model of labor contract Management for DFH Coal Mine Co. Ltd., including the construction principles, organizational structure and personnel composition, labor contract management process reengineering and other major elements.In addition, as the labor contract management system is a limited portion of enterprises'human resource management system and the entire management system, its effectiveness and practicality would be restricted by integrity, scientific and rational not only of human resource management system but also of the whole management system. Therefore, in order to ensure the effective construction and smooth implementation of the labor contract management system in DFH Coal Mine Co. Ltd., the corresponding management system should be changed, too.
