Since 2008,the labor contract law of the People's Republic of China has been implemented for a decade.In the past ten years,China's economic situation is changeable,the labor market is complex and the labor relations are constantly showing new contradictions,which constantly causes labor dispute.With the increasing signing rate,many enterprises are aware of the importance of labor contract management.However,the relative incidence of labor contract disputes has not decreased,which rings bells to enterprise:the labor contract management is not only just sign labor contract.Because of the large number and the complex source of employees,the manufacturing enterprise has always been the centralized place for the outbreak of labor contract disputes.T company is an enterprise integrating research,development,production,application and sales,with many subsidiaries and holding companies,with complex organizational structure and personnel.This paper studies the labor contract management of T company,investigate that current labor contract management problems and analyze the cause of formation,following with the solution to the problems.The first part expounds the background and significance of the research,the main objects and problems,and introduces the relevant literature review,the research methods and the chapter arrangement.The second part mainly introduces the domestic and international theories of labor contract management and provides theoretical basis for the following questions to solve the problems of T company.The third part explains the basic situation of T company and its personnel,with analyzing the existing problems and forming reasons of T company through investigation.The fourth proposes the countermeasure from the four aspects:signing?performing or altering?relief or terminating the labor contract and labor dispute settlement.The fifth part puts forward the guarantee measures to support the operation of the labor contract management process from the overall planning and infrastructure construction.The last part is the summary and prospect of the paper.
