For the past few years, with the increasingly improved and perfect market economyand constantly enriched forms of the employment, labor dispatch industry grows fast in ourcountry. The state-owned enterprises use the labor dispatching in wide area, and theproportion of the labor dispatch is also much higher than any other company in China.Company S has set up the employment mechanism that uses the labor dispatch as the laborsupplements since2003. Especially in recent years, company S fully implements thechain-operation strategy, which results in an explosive growth of the number of the labordispatching in company S. It is clearly stated that the management of the laboremployment must be strengthened in the “Amendment to PRC Labor Contract Law.”Under such a macro-environment, how to handle the problems of the existing labordispatching, maintain the normal working order and guarantee the production worksustainable and healthy operated has become the important and urgent-to-solve problemfor the company S.Based on the modern human resource management theory and the amendment to PRClabor contract law, this thesis will first explore the current status and then try to find out theflaws of the labor employment in company S by using the empirical analysis method.Besides, we will also provide some practical and effect advises to improve or fully solvethose problems. We hope this study can advance our practical knowledge of the labordispatching, and such knowledge can help one to identify the most appropriate way tosolve the labor dispatching problems.
