Research On The Impact Of Corporate Mergers And Acquisitions On Technological Innovation Performance Based On Synergy Theory

Under the tide of economic globalization,the enterprise merger,acquisition and reorganization of the phenomenon more and more.In the world today is to develop inclusive world,in order to don't want to let the world advanced technology to master in the hands of a few people,only can take the way of merger and acquisition the strong combination,make progress together,to occupy the highest peak of world science and technology.Mergers and acquisitions will be more direct feel pressure from many aspects,m&a can accelerate the enterprise put the pressure into motivation of m&a and enhance the cohesion.Figure out m&a effects on technological innovation performance,to master the core technology of the other party,to select the appropriate method of performance evaluation is particularly important.In the research on the basis of previous literature,this paper combined with the related knowledge of synergetics analysis of merger and acquisition from two aspects of internal and external factors influence on technology innovation performance,select research development fee and the net profit of order parameter evolution equation,two indicators to establish a basis of CSR and CNR case as samples,to build complex system coordination degree model,to the mergers and acquisitions of enterprises to provide useful guidance.This article based on the analysis of mergers and acquisitions,find out which factors have an effect on technology innovation performance,build order parameter equation,the combination of theory and practice,pay attention to the research process from individual to general.To achieve system analysis was carried out on the merger integration,this paper mainly USES the following three methods of analysis:one is that the case method;Secondly,the combination of quantitative and qualitative research;Third,statistical analysis method.Innovation points embodied in it is on the basis of the theory of synergetics,first analysis the influencing factors of m&a enterprise technology innovation performance and characteristics of deep mining m&asynergetics characteristics of enterprise technology innovation factors.Basic evolution equation based on synergetics and several major elements of synergetics,build and order parameter equation,find out the order parameter.It is concluded that under proper control variables,the m&a enterprise research and development expenses and net income interaction,form a stable solution M conclusions;Second,in evaluating m&a enterprise technology innovation mechanism,building complex system coordination degree model of mergers and acquisitions,and the coordination degree of compound system.Using the accounting index analysis method to collect data,draw the coordination degree of compound system trend contrast figure,it is concluded that the car of the conclusion of complex system coordination degree is still relatively low.
