The A logistics company’s purpose is to provide logistics services (such as warehousing, distribution, secondary packaging business and so on) of the enterprise. The foundation of the company running is the resources the A company own such as manpower and material resources, financial resources and information resources, during the different resources, the human resources plays an important role on the sustainable development of the company.Basing on the theory of enterprise management, logistics management theory, human resources management theory and management theory, and using statistical analysis method pulsing qualitative analysis method, the paper analyses the present situations and problems of human resources to A logistics company, analysis include: an overview of A logistics company, whether A logistics company’s organizational structure is scientific or not, A logistics company human resources concept, the function of A logistics company, A logistics company human resources present situation(including normal temperature logistics center, fresh logistics processing center, integrated office).the analysis points out five problems in A logistics company’s human resource allocation:(1) A logistics company human resource configuration is not perfect; (2) A logistics company human resources are insufficient; (3) the quality of A logistics company human resource configuration is lack; (4) A logistics company human resources division of labor is not clear; (5) A logistics company human resource configuration didn’t comply with the principle of unified command.The paper turns out that the essence of the five problem in the article (A logistics company’s human resources allocation structure is imperfect, lack of inadequate quantity, poor quality)is that the insufficient its talent pool. Considering the company’s actual situation, the paper puts forward to three measures to solve the problem:(1) recruiting logistics professional and technical personnel; (2) intensifying in-service staff training; (3) improving the scientific mechanism of choose and employ persons in A logistics company.In this paper, the research idea is as follows:The first part:foreword. It points out that the research object of this article is A logistics company, and the research content is A logistics company human resource configuration.The second part:the text. This is divided into five chapters.One:introduction. The chapter of this article selected topic background, research methods and research significance. Under the guidance and the government promotion of industrial policy, the logistics industry in our country obtains greater development in recent years. A logistics company under the good external environment to rapid and steady development cannot leave the technical support of logistics talents; therefore the study of the human resource configuration will benefit the development of the company.Two:The logistics enterprise human resource theories are reviewed. This chapter introduces the industry background of A logistics company and points out that the development of logistics enterprise human resources, characteristics, and the research achievements of experts and scholars. All of that is the bedding for the research of A company.Three:The analysis for A logistics company human resource configuration in the situation. This chapter begins with A logistics company profile (introduction, function, concept of choose and employ persons) and then analyze the present situation of its human resources. Finally, the paper points out the existing human resource allocation problems.Four:The optimization measures for A logistics company human resource configuration. This chapter according to the study of the theory above, combing with A logistics company human resources present situation, puts forward the measures to solve the problem.The third part:summary. The article summarizes the research achievements of this paper, and points out the deficiency of this research, prospected for future research.In this paper, the results of this research will help to solve A logistics company human resource allocation problem, rich in A logistics company human resources management theory at the same time.
