It is very widespread that women experience gender discrimination in human resource management, while the advantage of the female students in human capital store does not fundamentally change this reality, which not only reduces the competitive power of highly educated women in the job, but also wastes of female human resource, may even affect the overall quality of human resource. At present, domestic scholars focus on a particular aspect in the studies of gender discrimination on human resource management, while the studies on comprehensive phenomenon description, reason and countermeasures analysis are less. This article will take a comprehensive study on gender discrimination in human resource management to try to alleviate gender discrimination, especially for female graduates.This paper studies the gender discrimination in Human Resource Management of graduates in comprehensive aspects. Through literature analysis and demonstration analysis, the phenomenon of gender discrimination does exist in human resource management, and mainly includes four areas:the gender discrimination in recruitment, training, promotion, and compensation. And the reasons mainly include gender differences in human capital investment and inadequate related laws, institutions. To this end, according to the situation in our country, based on the lessons from western developed countries effective response to gender discrimination, this paper raises the solutions on recruitment, training, promotion and compensation so on, which alleviate gender discrimination, create a fair and equal employment environment especially for female graduates, and then promote women's development and social harmony.
