The Research Of The Advancing Mechanism Of Hunan's New Urbanization

At present, the development of national urbanization have stepped into the accelerated stage, urban division system will accelerate the construction and reorganization throughout the country. Since the reform and opening up police, the number of city in Hunan Province increases constantly and the urbanization grows rapidly. However, compared with the whole nation, this rate is too low, compared with the developed provinces and regions, the gap is more obvious. At the same time, the traditional urbanization neglected the improvement of the structure and function in the process of development in the city, leading to resources, environment and a series of problems. Such an extensive economic construction can't conform to the requirements of sustainable development. Thus, with the internal and external changes in development conditions, Urban Development of Hunan need to upgrade and to break through.The new type of urbanization is a inheritance and development for the traditional urbanization, it is not merely the transformation process of rural population transforms to urban population, industrial structure and its spatial distribution structure upgrades, traditional way of labor and lifestyle transforms to the modernization labor and lifestyle, but also an approach of development concept of sustainable urbanization, which stresses connotative growth and quality upgrade of urban and rural areas. The new type of urbanization is the inevitable trend of human socio-economic development, but also an inevitable choice for the future of urban and rural development. In this paper, fully based on the theory of urbanization and the experience of urbanization developed regions, and also based on the background that our country grasps the new era of comprehensive proposals to create an intensive society and builds a new socialist countryside and harmonious society. It systematically described the basic features and the concept connotation of new type of urbanization.The paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in Hunan's urbanization of the change process analysis to understand the related laws. Adopting cluster analysis and statistical analysis methods on the current status of Hunan Province urbanization development, the paper summarized its main features and its development trend status of Hunan's urbanization. It lays the groundwork for the promotion for the new urbanization of Hunan. This paper analyzes the operation mechanism for Hunan to promote the new urbanization from its operating conditions,operating environment,factors and mechanism, combining with a new meaning and nature of urbanization characteristics of building new city in Hunan Province an indicator system. The paper starting from the main advance by multiple regression model,AHP,time series,correlation analysis strategies such as model, Hunan's new urbanization has been studied by promoting the new target,path,strategies and so on.In the end, the paper points that the conclusion and innovation in this paper and prospects the direction for further research.
