This study introduces the methods combining qualitative analysis with model building to analyze evaluation data of technician from Enda's management software Company Management System. It adopts Expert Discussion Method to ensure performance standard, takes SPSS software to carry out cluster analysis for evaluation data, selects excellent team and common team as examples, obtains technician competencies, builds technician competency model, uses SPSS software to carry out reliablility analysis, validity analysis and partial analysis, and finally confirms competencies as 8 classes with 26 items.The outcome of this study can provide references for Human Resource Management of IT enterprises on recruitment, allocation of human resources, performance management, salary and welfare, training and education, career, etc. |
