With developing of market economy and spreading of globalization, the enterprises in China are confronted with numerous and complicated market competitions. Therefore, it is very important for the survival and development of the enterprises to apply the theory of strategic management to design the future development strategy, as well as to carry it into execution correctly.In this thesis, the theory of enterprise strategy management has been applied to study the enterprise development strategy of Sanlian Food Company for the next three years. Firstly, we analyzed the development situation and trends of food processing industry, the external and inernal environments of Sanlian Food Company. Sencondly, SWOT model was used to analyze advantages and disadvantages of outer or inner environments as well as opportunities and threats that the enterprises were confronted. Based on the above operating strategic analysis, related diversification strategies and integration strategies have been put forward for the development of Sanlian Food Company, as well as the strategic goal and a series of strategic approachs. The paper puts emphases on a series of strategy project that Sanlian Food Company will implement in the coming three years, with a reference of stage target of Company. Lastly, some important aspects of strategic control are discussed.By investigating development strategy of Sanlian Food Company, the ability to analyze and solve the practical problem for the enterprise is promoted. Meanwhile, the relevant theory we have got could be referred to by other similar enterprises.
