Proposed the circular economy system in Inner Mongolia consisted by the industry, technical support, infrastructure, information security policy support, and formulate by stages the related goal.(4) Has determined the focus areas of the circular economy development by the analytic hierarchy process in Inner Mongolia, Include:electricity gas and water production and supply industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, mining industry (coal, oil and gas), food beverages and tobacco manufacturing industry, chemical materials and chemical products manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, non-metallic mineral products, textile, oil processing and coking industry in nine industries.
