The Study On MNC's Culture Integration In Korean Enterprise And Chinese

Along with the process of the economic globalization and the strong increase of Korean enterprises'scale, the multinational M&A gradually becomes a means for Korean enterprises to expand the markets in China and an efficient way to enrich their own strength. But the problems of enterprise cultural integration become the key of a success multinational M&A or not.Based on the context, the thesis emphasizes discussing the forming background of Korean and Chinese corporate cultures as well as their organizational culture characteristics,after reviewing the related theories.Then the thesis compares the corporate cultures of korean and Chinese firms.Through the analysis of these problems and actuality, this paper explains the essence of enterprise culture and analyses the integration modes. Meanwhile, combining with the case of "korean SK corporation and Chinese SHENZHEN E-EYE CO.,LTD",the paper designs the process and means of enterprise cultural integration. It is meaningful for the enterprises in Korea and China to resolve the same questions.
