It is well know that electronics industry is the main indicator of the high tech field of economics increase. And the semiconductor is the mainstay of electronics industry. Since the economic crises broken in 2008, the later founded semiconductor manufacturing companies in china, still weak in technology, can only step forward with great difficulty. More ever, there are few articles on semiconductor mass production management can be referred. Although the company studied in this article is a Chinese-foreign joint plant, but still faces all kinds of management problem during mass production such as turn-over rate, customer audit with quality problem.This article will analyze the resources of STS Company, to highlight the opportunities, strength, weak points and threat of STS Company by SWOT methodology, make the development strategy of mass production management. To link with the current situation of STS, to point out the difficulties and solutions that the process of strategy implementation. Moreover, demonstrate some methodology and result. The last, introduced 4M1E methodology 5 key factors including man, machine, material, method, environment, and then with data information communication team formed six management teams into mass production management, and used 4M1E methodology to explain how the new management methodology implements with methods and processes.The five factors man, machine, material, method, environment are involved everything which we faced, touched, encountered in the mass production。So the managers of Shenzhen STS company started from the five factors, included the existed management method in Shenzhen STS, formed the new matrix management organization。With every teams' contributions, the mass production department of Shenzhen STS company improved successfully for some problems which were existed in the production lines。On the other hand, the mass production department of Shenzhen STS company also achieved the six goals of mass production。This article is trying to give a detail analysis of 4M1E introducing into mass production management in the mass production management with author's work experiences.In the end, to give a brief discussion for the further development direction.
