Logistics center location problem is a complicated system. This paper takes Ganquan of Shaanxi Province as the subject, uses views and perspectives of system, through researching and analyzing the problem of urban logistics center location to put forward own views.This paper first analyzes research background of the location problem, based on the background presents the purpose and significance, explains and summarizes some literatures about the logistics center location of domestic and foreign, briefly sets out the main contents of this paper. Introduces the conception,classification and function of logistics centers, under the systematic thinking, explains logic thinking,decision-making principles and influencing factors of logistics center location to summary urban logistics center location problem. First, clarify the issue, brief introduces the economic and geography of Ganquan of Shaanxi Province, explains it's necessary to construct a logistics center for this region by the logistics demand survey and analysis; second, describes some related economic data about location, bases on the idea of minimum cost, through establishing several mathematical models for multiple location options; third, uses the linear regression to forecast the future of the region's logistics demand period to clarify the future's environment of the location program; finally established a urban logistics center's fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system to evaluate every primary programs, then received an optimum location program. In the last of this paper, summarizes the whole article, and puts out the need for further research.Building of location model and evaluation model of urban logistics centers are the focus of two main sections. Based on the analysis of urban logistics center location, this paper used mixed integer programming model and improved gravity method, through established a comprehensive evaluation index system to combine quantitative methods and qualitative methods, Embody the accuracy of quantitative indicators of urban logistics center location, at the same time taking into account the completeness of its influencing factors.
