The thesis starts with the basis of reverse logistics such as circular economy, international trade and supply chain management. On the background of directives on WEEE & RoHS, it demonstrates the inevitability operating reverse logistics for electrical home appliances using game theory. And then, the thesis sets up reverse logistics network for electrical home appliances, and optimizes it using multi- object MILP model. At last, the thesis proves MILP model and its arithmetic—branch and bound method practicability and validity by giving an example. The thesis includes five parts:In chapter one, it involves in research background—the concept of waste electrical home appliances, circular economy, reverse logistics, directives on WEEE & RoHS, as well as research object, its framework and innovation; In chapter two, the thesis analyzes the trait, sort, influence factors and principia of upbuilding of reverse logistics network. In chapter three, the thesis concludes that operating reverse logistics is the only way for the electrical home appliances corporations under the pressures of government using game theory. And then, one summarization is got about the processing flow for waste electrical home appliances in the thesis. And it includes activities of the network such as collection, inspecting/sorting, reprocessing, redistribution and disposal. In the end, it lodges the programming of reverse logistics network for waste electrical home appliances. In chapter four,in the thesis a cost minimization model of reverse logistics network for waste electrical home appliances is built up based on the previous discussion of the cost reverse logistics network, And then it selects MILP as the optimizing means for reverse logistics network for waste electrical home appliances, what is more, the model's arithmetic analysis is made. At last, the result is computed by branch and bound method and it proves MILP model and its arithmetic—branch and bound method practicability and validity Chapter five is the conclusion.
